Today’s Tip: Breathe…….

yep that’s right…….breathe in that fresh air……If you have really craving a cigarette, take a deep breath and a second if need be. By the time you have done that, the craving should be gone. Try turning round while you are having a deep breath. I found I needed to concentrate on breathing while turning and I did not have room in my head for that craving. You have to admit too, the breath of fresh air does taste better when it’s not polluted by smoke:)
