Find something to do with those fingers!!
I found knitting really helped me.Some people roll things round in their hands, squeeze squeezie things,shell peas, draw, sit on the hands, crochet, twiddle pencils….anything to distract you. After a while, you will notice you can do nothing without smoking to fill in gaps!! Because if you add up a lot of the smokes you have, its to fill in time or you are bored!! (and addicted) .
