Today’s Tip: Friday 25/05/2012.

Well it is friday so that has to be good if nothing else is today!! Desert your friends (you may need to for a while, and this depends on you) , especially the smoking friends until you establish a pattern of YOUR life without smokes. I found initially I didn’t have enough strength to see my smoking friends. I was up front and told them , so they knew it was me and not them. They supported me through emails and phone calls:) Bless them! But they understood and then when I was strong enough, I was able to enjoy their company again without smoking .
