Make a list

Of what you may ask? How the F**k will that help me when i want to kill people with my rage or cry a bucketload

and eat a HUGE box of chocolate!!

Well the list my friends, you do up hopefully before you stop!! A list of all the reasons you are stopping, all the good things that stopping will do for your health and life, things you will treat yourself to on day 1, 3, 7 and so forth and most importantly write on this list things you will do when you want to smoke!! All positive things to help you. Stick that list where you will see it.
