Day three of Janathon now done and dusted!!

47 minute, 8.06km run….25 minutes elliptical, 15 minutes rowing machine and 10 minutes plyometric exercises……….!!!

A super Saturday on Thursday!!

Just as well because the liquorice all sorts are calling VERY VERY loudly!!

The fact I brought a 2 kg tub, doesn’t help!!
