You know how kids like to use…

the toilet everywhere they go?

Like dogs, marking their scent?

As all you runners will agree, the toilet does become a point of contention/worry on some runs….

Which brings me to today’s point…the toilet at work…

It is right by the front door and reception/waiting room area.

Can you imagine having to go to the toilet there?

Seriously, I kid you not, you don’t!

A tinkle, yes, very silently…:)

Anything else, no way….imagine it!!

Particularly if you have difficulties constitution wise and things brew for a while!!

The  saying “what crawled up your arse and died?” is very appropriate!!

People come into our work and have no shame in using that toilet when things have been a brewing…

Sad, I tell you…

We go down the road and use the Macca’s toilet or I go BEFORE I come to work.

Great health and safety adherence!

run alot

Marathon Training Started this week….

Yesterday was a rest day but I ran as I had not been arsed to organise anything else but next week it will be yoga or Plyometrics.

Ran 50 minutes today.

I was supposed to 4.8 kms but that’s only like 20-25 minutes so what I will do next week is run and then weights…

As Hal suggested.

I hail to Hal!!

Tomorrow is more like it @ 8 km so 45-50 minutes should do that….
