Not bad but not a lot of anything else..
Still doing the hammy exercises but didn’t do any weights etc…
Had a shitty run on Saturday…like I had hit the wall in a mini way, a struggle 75% of the way…
Maybe adjusting to the cold here, who knows??
More effort required this week in the variation stakes!!

Totalling 110.5kms to date…
With 11 days to go we need 50 kms, so just under 5 km a day!!
Easily doable…
Need to stop being a sookie!
