January 114….Cunningness Part Two:

MIRACLESSo we end January on 114 km & 12 runs total.

Not bad for a tired old girl ):

An average of 9.5 km per run.

27.1 km per week.

Really going to put it out there and COMMIT myself to the next 6 weeks.

The gaol, ha ha, goal is to get back to 40-45 km a week.

Remember, a 10% increase per week.

Week end and starts on Sunday.

Feb 1st : 29.8 km- As I like PLUS 1 Weights & 1 stretch/yoga session.

Feb 8th : 32.78 km  2 x 5 km runs/ 1 x 10 & 2 x 6 km PLUS 1 weights & 1 stretch or yoga.

Feb 15th : 36.06 km  2 x 5 km / 2 x 7 km x 1 x 12 .06 km PLUS 2 weights & 1 yoga/stretch.

Feb 22 : 39.66 km 3 x 7 km/ 1 x 13/ 1 x 5.6 km PLUS 2 other session.

Mar 1st: 43.56 km 3 x 8 km/ 1 x 14 km/ 1 x 5.56 km PLUS 2  sessions.

March 8th : Start Marathon training.

Today I will start with an easy 5 km run home from work this evening.

Tomorrow I will drag my sorryness to the gym for another session of something:)
