Still here, still running……
Who knows, I may just have some mojo after all…..
I was really pleased this week as seeing progress…
I am up to 5 minutes on the rower this week…..
Not as good as the 45 mins I used to do but WAY better than the 2 minutes, 3-4weeks ago.
Arms feeling firmer.
Weight has dropped by 1 kg in 3 weeks which is very disappointing but…
Keep on trucking on……
My run tonight was a goody.
5 minutes 7 km warm up run pace.
5 minutes 8 km run pace – 90 second 6 km walk.
5 minutes 9 km run pace – 90 second 6 km walk.
4 minutes 10 km run pace – 1 minute 6 km walk pace.
3 minutes 11 km run pace – 1 minute 6 km walk .
2 minutes 12 km run pace – 30 second 6 km walk.
1 minute 13 km run pace.
4 minute 4 km walk cool down.
It was an awesome run……
Am loving the running:)

You know how I said Burpees were the worst?
I lied….JUMP SQUATS are the worst!
